Disabled customers who are registered with our ATG Access Membership Scheme will receive a standardised 1/3 off full price tickets in their selected ticket price band, excepting premium seats (which are always excluded from concessions and offers). One discounted ticket will be available per member, per performance, with the option to buy other tickets within the same order at the usual prices.
If the customer requires a companion (which will be ascertained when each customer signs up for their membership) they will then pay the concessionary rate split across two tickets, effectively giving a free ticket to their personal assistant. One companion ticket will be available per eligible member, per performance.
All tickets will be subject to availability, so members will be actively encouraged to book early to make sure they obtain the tickets they require. Any day-release or rush tickets that are held aside at the Box Office will be made available to Access Members, with reasonable adjustment for the seats required.
Bookings for Non-Members
If a customer does not wish to provide the requested information to join the Access Membership then a booking can still be made via CCC and BO only. This will take into account the high number of one-time attenders and visitors from overseas.
In this scenario, customers can either be enrolled into the membership at the Box Office’s discretion, giving the customer the opportunity to continue the membership if they return with the standard supporting documentation; or else the customer can waive the discount and book tickets at Full Price, with support and assistance provided by the venue as required.
