Evan Lordan

Associate Director

Evan is a director, theatre maker and Co-Artistic Director of Conflicted Theatre Company. Conflicted Theatre creates new work, very often site specific and immersive, and have been a staple of the Dublin Fringe and Cork Midsummer Festival programs over the past 10 years. Having moved operations to the UK their latest show ‘Fiji’ (2019) was performed at The Omnibus Theatre, London. He directed ‘Tender Napalm’ (2018) by Philip Ridley at The Wardrobe Theatre, Bristol and numerous productions for Conflicted, including ‘We Make Gods’ (2014) and ‘Mirror’ (2013).

Evan was Assistant Director to Sir Michael Boyd on ‘The Cherry Orchard’ (2018) for Bristol Old Vic and the Royal Exchange Theatre, Manchester, while completing his MA in Directing at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Other credits from his time there include Assistant Director on ‘How To Disappear Completely And Never Be Found’ (2017) and ‘Mad Forest’ by Caryl Churchill (2018).
